Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
1 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
1 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare orange slice for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

I made this at Christmas with tangerine rather than orange, and 20ml fresh line with 10ml falernum as I had no lime cordial. It was a nice light festive, slightly bitter brunch apertivo.
