22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
15 ml | Peach purée |
60 ml | Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne |
