Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
34 fl oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
34 fl oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
12 fl oz Apple Schnapps liqueur
12 fl oz Cranberry liqueur
12 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened) chilled
13 fl oz Whipping cream
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of dust with cinnamon powder.

How to make:

  1. STIR first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. Carefully FLOAT cream. (Lightly whip or shake sealed container before pouring cream to aerate.)

Garnish:

  1. Dust with cinnamon powder.

The cream immediately sank and curdled, but I think that was user error in not knowing how to float cream... :)

After another strain and a stir I had a lovely bright pink drink that was rather tasty and creamy. It didn't blow me away, but it was definitely tasty.
