| 7 fresh | Green grapes (seedless) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Kwai Feh lychee liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| Top up with | Ginger ale |
Garnish: Mint sprig
MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
