How to make:
POUR bourbon and Galliano into warm glass, IGNITE and sprinkle cinnamon while flaming. SHAKE last three ingredients with ice and strain into glass over extinguished bourbon and Galliano base.

1 fl oz | Galliano L'Autentico liqueur |
1 pinch | Ground cinnamon |
1 fl oz | Coffee liqueur |
1 fl oz | Freshly squeezed orange juice |
1 fl oz | Single cream / half-and-half |
