How to make:
POUR bourbon and Galliano into warm glass, IGNITE and sprinkle cinnamon while flaming. SHAKE last three ingredients with ice and strain into glass over extinguished bourbon and Galliano base.

|1 fl oz||Galliano L'Autentico liqueur|
|1 pinch||Ground cinnamon|
|1 fl oz||Coffee liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Freshly squeezed orange juice|
|1 fl oz||Single cream / half-and-half|
