Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
23 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
1 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
34 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
34 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Tiki in style, but not as sweet as some others. Thinking of putting a dash of angostura next time.
