Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
| 1 fresh | Egg yolk |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare garnish of apricot slice .
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
