Ingredients:
60 ml Laird's Bottled-in-Bond applejack
15 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur
15 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh Egg white
