Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 12 oz Southern/Louisiana-style whisky liqueur (e.g. Southern Comfort)
2 oz Pineapple juice
34 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

A practically tropical, rum laced, fruity number.

The history just says "A classic Tiki drink." What classic tiki bar did this drink come from? I can't find anything about this drink historically from any tiki joints / bartenders.

I also haven't found it in any books or other reference places. I've amended the origin accordingly.
