The winners are announced!
Having carefully looked through the hundreds of entries I narrowed this down to 75 cocktails which I then made at my bar so I and the Hayman's team could try. From these 75 we selected ten recipes to present to the global final judging team at Hayman's Distillery in London on Monday 26 June.
After an intense day of judging and discussion, with the cocktails carefully prepared by Alexa Farrow, Hayman's Brand Advocacy Manager, the winner and runners-up have been decided.
On behalf of the judges, the Hayman family and Hayman's team I'd like to offer congratulations to...
Chloe Harrison-Ach, who wins the title of Hayman's Old Tom New Cocktail champion 2023, £1,000 and a three night stay in London including a visit to the Hayman's Distillery
Runners-up, with prizes of £500 each:

...and huge thanks to all the finalists and hundreds of bartenders from around the world who entered the competition with their Hayman's Old Tom cocktail. We really appreciate the time and effort put into every one. All 449 recipes entered are available to view and enjoy here.
