Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
6 fresh Mint leaves
6 fresh Basil leaves
2 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE mint and basil in base of glass (just to bruise).
  2. ADD rum, sugar and lime juice.
  3. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
  4. Add more crushed ice and CHURN some more.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Review:

Basically a Mojito with basil as well as mint.
