Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 barspoon Coriander seeds
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
2 oz Carrot juice (freshly extracted)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 grind Black pepper
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Carrot slice

How to make:

MUDDLE coriander seeds in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Reminiscent of alcoholic carrot and coriander soup.
