Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

Good drink sticking to the recipe, but I also muddled some pomegranate seeds because I had them as an experiment. Nice addition as well...

Loved this. It does not have a much of a bitter hint at the end of sip. Will admit that we ran out of Reposado tequila so we did 1 oz Reposado and 1/2 Anejo. It was wonderful. Nice flavour of the tequila and the coolness of the lime.

This is a great drink, better than a G&T for me. I prefer the Fever Tree Light when I make it. Best just given to people because if you describe it, they'll turn their nose up.
