| 1/4 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz) glass.
- Prepare garnish of length of lime peel.
- SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda.
