Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
14 oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
14 oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
14 oz Honey sugar syrup
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Honey-ed and initially sweet with herbal spirity rum notes adding depth.
