Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 16 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
13 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
2 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
2 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare orange slice for garnish.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Lightly stir.
  5. Garnish with orange slice.

Made it with Fever Tree's Mediterranean tonic and of all things... The flavour reminded me of PEZ ^^;

It’s tasty and crisp and clean. The vanilla and Orange bitters notes are a good combo with the gin. Great summery choice—cool and refreshing—a bit too drinkable—in such a good way.
