How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
2/3 fl oz Triple sec liqueur (40%)
1/2 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Dom Saunders and Simone Nelli at Cinnamon Club, London, England. (We took the liberty of adding egg white to their recipe.)
