Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 6 fresh | Blackberries |
| 1 1⁄2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
| 1⁄4 fl oz | Giffard Crème de Mûre liqueur |
| 1⁄4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Garnish: Blackberries
MUDDLE blackberries in base if shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
Well balanced with a rich blackberry flavour.
