Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
1 12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative optional

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

My second try of this cocktail. Totally balanced, seems a bit to much orange juice at first but the final taste all blends nicely. I do think the sweetness of the orange makes a difference.
