Ingredients:
1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 oz	Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₄ oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) optional

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

My second try of this cocktail. Totally balanced, seems a bit to much orange juice at first but the final taste all blends nicely. I do think the sweetness of the orange makes a difference.
