How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 1/2 fl oz | Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Bittersweet and slightly on the sour side so perfectly suited to enjoying as an aperitivo.
