How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bison grass vodka|
|3/4 fl oz||Apple Schnapps liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Pernod anise|
|1 fl oz||Apple juice|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
Wonderfully refreshing: apple and anise served up on a grassy vodka base.
