Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 12 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz Double cream / heavy cream
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of red grapes.
  3. MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Something unpredictable. Like banana ice cream? Strange but nice. Creamy and sweet, every women love it!
