8 fresh Mint leaves
2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
½ fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Sugar & mint rim

Comment:

Reminiscent of concentrated Mojito.

Variant:

Substitute triple sec for sugar to make a Madison Avenue.
