How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
|2 fl oz||Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac|
|1/2 fl oz||Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|1/6 fl oz||Yellow Chartreuse liqueur|
This wonderful classic is slightly on the tart side of well-balanced.
