How to make:
STIR 5 ingredients (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass, already charged with prosecco. TOP with soda.
|5/6 fl oz||Giffard Creme de Framboise|
|1/6 fl oz||Disaronno amaretto|
|1/6 fl oz||Giffard Vanille de Madagascar|
|1/6 fl oz||Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)|
|1/12 fl oz||Butterscotch liqueur|
|2 fl oz||Prosecco sparkling wine|
|2/3 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
Just like the eponymously named dessert this slightly sweet spritz is flavoured with raspberry, almond, vanilla and coconut. Butterscotch liqueur adds a biscuity note.
