3 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
1 1/2 fl oz | Strawberry puree |
1/2 fl oz | Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Perhaps best described as a Strawberry Bellini, sweet strawberry flavours are tamed with the gentle acidity of Prosecco.
