3 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
1 1/4 fl oz | Giffard Creme de Framboise |
1/4 fl oz | Disaronno amaretto |
1/4 fl oz | Giffard Vanille de Madagascar |
1/6 fl oz | Coconut rum (35-40% alc./vol.) |
1/6 fl oz | Butterscotch liqueur |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Review:
Just like the eponymously named dessert this slightly sweet spritz is flavoured with raspberry, almond, vanilla and coconut. Butterscotch liqueur adds a biscuity note.
