How to make:
STIR 5 ingredients (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass, already charged with prosecco. TOP with soda.
5/6 fl oz | Giffard Crème de Framboise |
1/6 fl oz | Disaronno amaretto |
1/6 fl oz | Giffard Vanille de Madagascar |
1/6 fl oz | Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) |
1/12 fl oz | Butterscotch liqueur |
2 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
2/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Review:
Just like the eponymously named dessert, this slightly sweet spritz is flavoured with raspberry, almond, vanilla and coconut. Butterscotch liqueur adds a biscuity note.
