56 oz Giffard Crème de Framboise
16 oz Disaronno amaretto
16 oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
16 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
0.08 oz Butterscotch liqueur
2 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco
23 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

STIR 5 ingredients (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass, already charged with prosecco. TOP with soda.

Review:

Just like the eponymously named dessert, this slightly sweet spritz is flavoured with raspberry, almond, vanilla and coconut. Butterscotch liqueur adds a biscuity note.

It tastes and looks like a Diabolo grenadine served in a Parisian cafe... for adults ! Excellent for hot afternoons with friends to reminisce about childhood memories !

I used Chambord instead of the Giffard Creme de Framboise and omitted the soda water and had a very nice balanced drink, not overly sweet.
