How to make:

POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass and lightly stir.

3 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
1 1/4 fl oz Giffard Creme de Framboise
1/4 fl oz Disaronno amaretto
1/4 fl oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
1/6 fl oz Coconut rum (35-40% alc./vol.)
1/6 fl oz Butterscotch liqueur
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

Review:

Just like the eponymously named dessert this slightly sweet spritz is flavoured with raspberry, almond, vanilla and coconut. Butterscotch liqueur adds a biscuity note.
