Easter Martini

Glass:

Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka from freezer
12 fl oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
16 fl oz Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
16 fl oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
16 fl oz Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur
8 drop Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. RIM glass with chocolate – use a microwave or bain marie to melt a few squares of dark chocolate, then dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate.
  3. Prepare garnish of Smarties.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.)

Review:

A suitably chocolaty martini with indulgent layers of vanilla and caramel. Looks like it's going to be a sweetie, yet it is a proper spirit-forward Martini.
