2 fl oz	Ketel One Vodka (from freezer)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Strucchi Bianco Vermouth (chilled)
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur
8 drop	Chocolate bitters

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
RIM glass with chocolate – use a microwave or bain marie to melt a few squares of dark chocolate, then dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate.
Prepare garnish of Smarties.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.)

Review

A suitably chocolaty martini with indulgent layers of vanilla and caramel. Looks like it's going to be a sweetie, yet it is a proper spirit-forward Martini.

By mistake, I used 5ml of dark creme de cacao instead of the caramel toffee liqueur and I preferred it. I made it with the caramel toffee liqueur afterwards and found that it dominated the cocktail whilst using the dark creme de cacao made it (for me) a more subtle and rounded cocktail.
