How to make

Glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

POUR first 2 ingredients into glass and half fill with crushed ice.
ADD mint leaves and CHURN.
FILL glass with more crushed ice.
TOP with ginger beer.
Briefly CHURN to combine.

Garnish

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Had no ginger beer (not even Fever Tree stuff) at hand, so I had to make do with muddling a small piece of ginger root with the lime and simple, then making a quick PDT ginger beer (just ginger syrup and soda), to top it off. Just ginger ale on the top, with the mint coming towards the end.
