Lime wedge squeezed and dropped in drink

How to make:

STIR three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.

1 12 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
1 12 fl oz Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine
1 12 fl oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Top up with Soda (club soda) or sparkling water

Borrowing its name from both BA High Life magazine and the Hi-ball glass it is served in, this refreshing long drink combines the botanical complexity of gin with honeyed elderflower liqueur balanced by white wine acidity.
