How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|1/2 fl oz||Kleos Mastiha liqueur|
|3/4 fl oz||Dry vermouth|
|1/6 fl oz||Ouzo|
Mastiha (which after all is a botanically flavoured spirit) combines wonderfully with gin and dry vermouth. A splash of ouzo adds a touch more Greek personality.
