1⅓ fl oz Canadian blended whisky
1⅓ fl oz Byrrh Grand Quinquina
1⅓ fl oz Lillet Blanc
1 dash Peach bitters

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist (discarded) & Luxardo maraschino cherry

Comment:

Canadian blended whisky provides the backbone over which layers of complex French aromatised wine are layered.
