How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/3 fl oz||Canadian blended whisky|
|1 1/3 fl oz||Byrrh Grand Quinquina|
|1 1/3 fl oz||Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine)|
|1 dash||Peach bitters|
Canadian blended whisky provides the backbone over which layers of complex French aromatised wine are layered.
