Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Liquore Strega
34 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 fresh Egg yolk
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

The “Damn it, I could have sworn there was a lemon here somewhere” witch’s yellow flip made by substituting tequila reposado for the brandy and pink grapefruit for the lemon & orange was pretty good, although I feel the marketing needs work.
