1 fresh | Fresh thyme |
2 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
1/2 fl oz | Maple syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
Garnish:
Lemon zest twist (expressed and discarded) & thyme sprig
How to make:
MUDDLE thyme (strip leaves from stem) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Thyme and maple syrup add extra interest to a Whiskey Sour. Some may want to add egg white.
