STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

|1 fl oz||Bourbon whiskey|
|3/4 fl oz||Noilly Prat Extra Dry|
|1/2 fl oz||Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur|
|3 dash||Combier Elixir|
