1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
²⁄₃ fl oz	Sugar-free sweetener syrup
2 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters (optional)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

How to make

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare lemon slice wheel for garnish.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN back into shaker.
DRY SHAKE (without ice).
FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with lemon slice.
