Serve inCoupe glass
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 fl oz||Bacardi Gold rum|
|1/2 fl oz||Bacardi 4 year old gold rum|
|1/6 fl oz||Novo Fogo Silver cachaça|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2 spoon||Powdered sugar (ground in mortar and pestle)|
|4 drop||Difford's Daiquiri Bitters|
Cachaça (not slickly speaking a rum) adds distinctive grassy notes to this three 'rum' Daiquiri. Try swapping out the cachaça for rhum agricole and indeed try different combinations of rums using the above formula - not a bad way to spend an evening.
Created by yours truly after I came across numerous Daiquiris based on three different rums in bars across New York City in June 2019.
