|1⁄2 fl oz||Bacardi Añejo Cuatro|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Novo Fogo Silver|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|2 spoon||Powdered sugar|
|4 drop||Difford's Daiquiri Bitters|
Cachaça (not slickly speaking a rum) adds distinctive grassy notes to this three 'rum' daiquiri. Try swapping out the cachaça for rhum agricole and indeed try different combinations of rums using the above formula - not a bad way to spend an evening.
