Serve in a Copa glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
6 23 oz Filter coffee (hot)
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Dust with cocoa or cinnamon powder

How to make:

POUR liqueur and hot coffee into a warmed glass then FLOAT warmed whipped cream on the surface of the drink.

I appreciate that this ends up being like an actual cocktail rather than alcoholic coffee. I get the "bite" of the alcohol up front but then the coffee/sugar/vanilla/herbs/spices/cream balance it out on the backend. I used a light roast, but I'm curious how different roasts/coffees would change things.
