How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.
|7 fresh||Mint leaves|
|1 1/3 fl oz||Bacardi 8 year old rum|
|2/3 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|2 2/3 fl oz||Prosecco sparkling wine|
