1 oz	Absolut Grapefruit Vodka
¹⁄₃ oz	Cointreau triple sec liqueur
²⁄₃ oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
Prepare garnish of sugar rim (optional) & grapefruit zest twist.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Made this tonight absolutely delicious and I’m sure it’s going to be a big favourite with my friends and family. However wonder why it’s not in Diffords Guide, fifteenth edition?

Hi Elsie, happy to hear you love this cocktail! It was added to the site in the spring of 2020 and this was about the same time as we were selecting cocktails for Difford's Guide #15...seems it just missed the deadline. Will look to include it in the 16th edition!
