Ingredients:
1 fl oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
1/3 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1/3 fl oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
3/4 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.
