¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of quarter lemon slice wheel.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
CHURN and add more crushed ice so the cocktail fills the glass.

Garnish

Garnish with lemon slice on rim.
Serve with a straw.

Just because you can throw these ingredients in a glass together doesn't mean you should. Reveiwed as disappointing.
