1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare garnish of quarter lemon slice wheel.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
- CHURN (stir) drink and add more crushed ice so the cocktail fills the glass.
- Garnish with lemon slice on rim.
- Serve with a straw.
