Serve in a Goblet glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Goblet glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Briefly CHURN (stir).
  6. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

The fix is an old classic that's very similar to the Daisy.

This is a top summer cocktail. Especially as the ice melts and dilutes the drink. Made it plenty of times as a batch for people to serve at parties.
