Glass: Ceramic pot (cashew shaped)
Garnish: Borage flower
Method: Assemble all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, excluding the mocororo, shake well and top up with the fresh cashew cider. Serve long with ice.
50ml London dry gin
25ml lime juice
15ml falernum
20ml vermouth bianco infused with hops
80ml mocororó (homemade fresh cashew cider)
