Created by: Spencer Amereno Jr.
Method: Shake well with ice cubes for around 4s. Fine strain into a glass with ice chip and add foam
1 ½ oz (45 ml) sherry Brandy Fernando de Castilla infused with apricot, raisins and tonka beans
¾ oz (22.5 ml) Cocchi
2 bsp Navel orange marmalade
½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
