45/15/15/15 ml for me, forget simple syrup, ORGEAT for a way richer cocktail.

Huh, who knew gin and fruit juice could taste so good ! Excellent, complex, subtle. Your choice of gin is like a draw of the cards...check it out. Oh, and by the way I went straight to the double and glad I did 'cause it was gone before I knew it and that's not a gambling metaphor.

Quite a good drink this. Like others say it has a candy-like lightness to it and the gin, Tanqueray 43% (old school) really comes out. Probably worth trying again with another gin to see how the flavours of that gin are brought forward. The saline also helps bring some flavours out.

I quite like it. Tastes like lemon, fruit candy, but not overly sweet.

I feel the same way too. It's the gin's botanicals which makes it like that for me.
