Too sour for my tastes, at least with the Eureka lemon juice that I used. I would probably dial it back to 10mL if I made it again.

Made this today. Unfortunately not to my liking.

Delicious - we made it with Lillet Blanc as we had no Aperol.

Sublime. The ingredients compliment each other perfectly, creating a moreish drink that tastes far greater than the sum of it's parts. I upped the bourbon and Chartreuse to 0.75oz as others have done. Off to make my second now...

Wonderful. Of the two Chartreuses, I like the green best as it does not seem to be as sweet and has more herbal notes. Very smooth cocktail, but could be dangerous as it drinks very easily.

I used Yellow Chartreuse and a higher proof bourbon (53% Makers Select) and like someone else did 0.75 oz each, highly recommend.

How did you get the bamboo skewers to take that form for the garnish?

The bamboo skewers were already in that shape - not something we shaped.

Very balanced, everything can be tasted. Excellent addition to the repertoire of a Bourbon lover. A tiny amount of sugar water added for a hint of sweetness
