This is yummy. Was doubtful about the egg white but went with it - really good.

Thanks for bringing to my attention. Better with egg white so I have added to the recipe and also changed the method to dry shake. We'll update the image ASAP - (lockdown is hindering our photography).

Too sour as spec'd. Needs more jam or less lemon juice for balance.

This was quite sour and the lemon was very prominent over the jam. I’d come back to this again with my plum jam, but might hold back a 1/4 oz of lemon for my taste.

Used strawberry Jelly, which was barely noticeable. The lemon juice seemed too prominent for me. Not bad.

I used plum jam. Its good. Not too sweet. However it did separate and settle towards the bottom of the glass, so drink it quickly I say!

Easy and delicious! Looking forward to trying different jam flavours as well. I used a brand of jam that is not quite as sweet as others so I expect to add just a little extra next time for better balance—but since the definition of a barspoon is a little inexact anyways I would not fault the recipe.
