A bit too mezcal forward for me- may try again with a mezcal/tequila mix. That said, didn't have cinnamon syrup so went will demerara syrup instead so maybe the cinnamon would have helped

Quite delicious! Went a little light on the simple (15 ml for two). Delightful!

Made with Empress gin for visual effect, stirring in the creme de violet after the shake. It's a bit too sweet for us, maybe reduce the violet to 10ml next time
