Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1 12 oz Pineapple juice
16 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

This comes across as a mild, pleasant tipple, which is good for dessert. I think it would go well with Jacques Pepin’s pineapple-soaked-in-rum dessert.

I substituted a homemade Phalsa Liqueur for the syrup. Delicious!

I subbed Aperol for the syrup, because I like it less sweet. Yummy!
